In the 1200 acres and 2 sides to Balboa Park you can find a great variety of activites in the park!
With year round perfect weather you can enjoy nearly anything outdoors.

On the west side of the park you can find a children's playground, shuffleboard, chess, lawn bowling and archery. In the park are many grass spots for a picnic. You can also stroll through a number of gardens from Palm, to Rose, Botanical and desert cactus.

Florida Canyon offers hiking paths where you also spot a number of bird species.

In Morley Field there is a bicycle velodrome, tennis courts, swimming pool, softball fields and a Frisbee golf course.
